I felt right at home with very friendly staff who helped retrieve my forgotten phone in just 30 minutes, and enjoyed easy access to nearby attractions like Heritage Park, which is less than a 5-minute walk away and perfect for a leisurely stroll.

Great bathtub, but toilet doors didn’t close properly in our room.

The stay was great overall, particularly due to the very kind and efficient staff who were always available to help. The breakfast offered an excellent variety and was truly delicious, easily one of the best I've had. The location was convenient and the fact that taxis were readily available made getting around a breeze. The rooftop pool was a lovely bonus that I wish I had time to enjoy more.

My family had a fantastic time here, especially enjoying the rooftop pool and the quiet lounging areas. The atmosphere was so relaxing, and it was great to have a late check-out, which made our departure stress-free. The only hitch was a slight wait for room service, but it didn't take away from our wonderful experience! 😊

Some amenities showed signs of wear, like low pressure in the hand shower. Overall, a pleasant experience that I'd consider returning to.
